At Naked Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all NW tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card sent to your email.
